You have a right to challenge any entry in your DAC/Hire Right report. You also have a right to submit a BRIEF entry or "your side of the story" that must be delivered by DAC to any company making an inquiry about you. You have to read the DAC/Hire Right website to find out how long that statement can be.
Assuming Schneider puts a detrimental entry into your DAC/Hire Right report, you should challenge it at regular intervals and also submit your own report (if it's too long they will not send it to anyone, so follow their rule on length if explanation). Also, get a copy of your PSP report so you can see if the incident, or others are going to hold you back when you apply to other companies. As someone that never had an accident, and never got tickets, I thought my record was golden. It turns out a few of the things I thought were warning tickets raised my PSP. The PSP report can be received online in moments for $10 at Pre-Employment Screening Program You may need to create an account, login, give our credit card info. Once you do you will have instant access to your PSP. For DAC/ Hire Right, Get Your Free DAC Report - TruckersReport.com You have a right to AT LEAST one free DAC report per year. If you live in some states you may be entitled to more than one free report per year. Whether you choose snail mail delivery or online delivery of your report it can take 10-15 days to receive it after you pay.

As tscottme said. Don't let Schneider do that to you without fighting. Keep fighting until it's gone.

Why would you go back to a bottom feeder like Schneider? There are lots of better jobs out there.

I'd also add the covid vaccine to that list. Get the shots, get double boosted. It works. Yes I'm that pro vaccine guy lol
