Winter clothing recommendations besides Carhart?

    You are going to get them dirty & torn. Don't pay for an expensive brand. You'll replace them frequently.

    Probably pays to buy winter Apparel in late spring just as it’s being replaced for summer clothing other brands came to mind Duluth or walls

    I have a 2 piece Walls commercial freezer suit with the hood i have carried in the back of the sleeper for 30 comes in handy you could sleep in a snow bank and be warm.
    I use Klim long underwear , you get what you pay for good luck.

    Berne is my go to work gear pulling rgn I’m out in the cold for hours loading and I’m always warm it’s half the price of carhart

    For long-johns I wear ColdPruf... Just as good or better than under armor and half the price.

    I have flannel lined jeans and shirts from Cabela's.
    Below 0 degrees I'll also put on a sweater and maybe some gloves.

    Depends on where a guy goes and what he hauls. Some places say hoodies aren’t allowed or maybe you need an FR outer layer. Maybe you can have a hoodie but only if it’s FR or maybe it needs to have a detachable hood. There’s definitely a lot of Variables. You can’t go wrong with Carhartt, Helly Hansen & Stanfield’s brand wise but myself I always look for anything I can get that’s used.
