Super Ego,stealing money from deivers

Most Company based out of Chicago are that way.

 

Yeah I had a similar experience with high performance logistics llc there logo is a gorilla with a gold clock as a chain on its neck driving a truck they pull super ego trailers and other rented trailers. My paychecks as a lease purchase driver went from $0 to $589, to $429, to $2134, to $896, to $0, to $0, Placed a 2 weeks notice in they didn't honor it after driving those 2 weeks and finally $0 now I got it stuck in my mind forever that all serbian russian chicagoland are shiesty af and they don't honor integrity they don't want to lose you but they not paying you right either soon integrity and other values go out the window do not give these companies the benefit of the doubt most all of em are shiesty trying to scam you. Be careful of the job ads they post on indeed and craigslist.

 

A lot of people simply don't understand "culture".
They do this because it's how they roll.

Exactly, They don't care about you, not that most people do in general anywhere, it's all about greed and they found there niche. Pretend to care about drivers, set up illegitimate business to rob Americans and anyone a lot of foreigners as well, miscalssfiy drivers and don't get it twisted, even there own nationality, I have met a couple Serbian/and Albanian drivers that went to some of these companies that speak their language and everything and they still got screwed, but yes most Americans see what looks to be a legitimate company and think for sure it must be, because this is America, not Serbia/Brazil/Ethiopia...etc,They have a website and real phone number, and are located here in America so it must be legit. They laugh while knowing how bad you are getting screwed, and will never see close to the real money you are making. Especially doing one of those Euro Contracts, and will end up poor, if you quit, but I talked to a Scheineder Driver a year ago when rates were through the roof and fuel wasn't so costly and them using their own internal load board, he had nothing over 1.40 a mile(lol thats crazy I was on load boards seeing 3-5 a mile in the same area.) You know those Dollar General/Family Dollar Accounts??? Those Pay 3-5k per trailer. What do most companies want you to do, 3-4 trailers a week. For a whopping 1800-2400k Gross for you the driver. Hard/Slave Labor, while they just grossed 9-20k, little fuel cost as most of these accounts only drive 800-1500 miles tops. Couldn't get me to one of those accounts without at least 5k a week, why do companies never or always leave out the freight bill? because they don't want you to see how much they make, I was at US Xpress and getting paid a whole 31cpm plus 2cpm to do a hazmat load. I got a Hazmat load, going 1k miles I would have made $300, but this place forgot to leave of freight shipping charge, that Us Xpress charged. US Xpress was making something like 14k for this load. All while paying me $300, to live/sleep/take all the risk delivering this load, living on the road. Much more to the game, but just the basics.

 

I would like to get a class action lawsuit against these people...anyone want to join?

I know a GREAT lawyer! Unfortunately he specializes in maritime law. I don't think he could do you any good.
