More has come to light on this story.
The FedEx driver hit the little girl with his van. She was hurt but not that bad. He grabbed her and drove off, later killing her.
Now. the other part of it.
The police knew a FedEx truck had delivered packages in the area. They contacted FedEx and found it was a contract carrier. The police contacted the carrier to determine who the driver was. The carrier then looked at his "Driver Facing Camera" and found he was talking to the little girl in the van.
She was still alive.
He killed her later to shut her up.

 

Yup. They’ll give him the needle for sure-if someone doesn’t shank him first!
