    Truck driver seeking employemont. have tried with many companies that will not hire someone with 3 dui's from 2o years ago. Have stopped drinking since last dui, and have great record now. do smoke, and do not do team driving. Does anyone know of any companies that hire someone with a OLD record?? they state 5-7 years on websites, but tell you no when you apply. Can be very frustating.

    Why tell them about 20 years ago???? Try the smaller companies, the bigger companies are being pricks right now, about everything. Good Luck.........

    jt, you were right. My husband found a job with a small company( 5 trucks) right in our town. he avgs about 2000-3000 miles a week, no governing, he can idle, AND he is home every weekend. he did work for PTL, what a nightmare!! But like I said it's a lot better now, thanks

    yep, that's me, but I'm up in Tally now hauling trash, and bio-solid cake "just a fancy word for poop", but it pays the bills.
