    Good evening all,

    The time has come for me a make a change unfortunately. I have been at my present employer for going on 7 years, driving for a majority of that time and now in operations. I have enjoyed this company for years and still do some aspects of it. I have also enjoyed the “normalcy” an office position has provided but between the stress, the politics, an uncertain future and my personal financial needs, it’s time to hit the road again.

    I have been driving since 2015 until moving into the office position FT in 2021 (have still run some local moves or an out and back overnight run on the occasion), predominately dry van with a rare flatbed run sprinkled in. No accidents, last moving violation was in 2018. Have tanker, double/triple, TWIC and passport. Location in Tri Cities TN area. I have worked for companies with less than 100 trucks since I started.

    Looking to do something other than OTR dry van - perhaps LTL, flatbed or even tanker. Preferably home weekends but max 2 weeks out at a time. Front facing camera is ok but driver facing is a deal breaker. Good benefits and good equipment/maintenance program is crucial. Some of the options local to me:

    Recently Dayton Freight (interested in this one particularly)

    Open to any suggestions, these are just companies that I know are right in my area.
