Hello everybody I am wanting to see if anyone would have around this vintage of truck that they could take pictures of the foot valve lines and connections under hood as well as the airline manifold by the air wiper. I've gotten my air lines mixed up and don't know how to get them back.
    Thanks

I have an 80 flc, it’s at my shop I won’t be around it until tomorrow. I’ll grab some pics for you tomorrow if nobody else comes through with some before then. I will say this, don’t know what trouble you’re having but the two shuttle valves that screw into the two front delivery ports on my truck switch between the trolley valve and foot valve for the trailer brakes can hang up and make air leak like crazy when you apply the brakes. I’ve taken them apart and cleaned and lubed them and they still stick, then taken them back apart and cleaned and put them back together dry and they work fine. No clue if that helps just the first thing that came to mind that I went through the last time I replaced the foot valve, I thought for sure I hade plumbed it wrong.

Hey thanks I sure do appreciate it. Problem I have is similar to what you described I can't get all 3 air gauges to show air without air blowing back through the trolly valve. If I get air to stop leaking then only 2 gauges build. If I apply the trolly valve then air stops leaking.
    Thanks

If you didn’t this time, number them. This is how I do it. Any way will work. I will mark the line, nut and the spot on the valve. I do the same when tearing a dash apart. No way in heck my tiny brain could ever remember how to reassemble anything LOL.

Sure do appreciate the pictures that's just what I needed. I'm going to go back down to it this week and hopefully get it all straight. I will let you know how I do. Thanks

I'll do this in the future. Still not sure why I tried thinking I'd ever remember where anything went hahaha. I've spent way to much time on what should have been simple but I don't plan to forget.

There are also only three bolts to mount the valve. I have seen them mounted 1/3 of a turn off and the lines connected to the next row of ports. Look for that also.
