cdl class A with physical control

Perhaps they are calling a physical control a restriction such as they have HB and have to go back every 90 days, or they wear glasses or hearing aids. They just need to be a little clearer on what the physical control is.

 

I've already answered that.... It's like a dui but not quite. Most places treat it as a dui though.

If you are going to that just hide your keys behind the drivers tire. If you don’t have the keys you are not in control of the vehicle.

I do not understand why you have to be rude when I asked the original poster for a clarification on what the physical control was for. Why is that silly or stupid? Is there any serious answer for this? Were you able to get hired OP? I have recently had an ovi reduced to physical control and I trying to find out of insurance companies will prohibit my company from putting me back in the seat. Ty
