    I believe so base plates for a semi in IL is about 2600 bucks and prorates every quarter with a July 1 renewal and I had to show a 2290 to get them

    Your best bet would be to ask the state. Or if you have third party services that you can use instead of the state they might be easier to work with. Since every States has different rules. 2600 is what I'm paying for irp here in arizona
