check the seals for leaks?

check the hubs for heat, beyond normal?

have regular shop inspections?


do regular pre/post trip inspections?

and like in the world of self defensive training, always be aware of your surroundings, as in keep your head on a swivel???

If that driver was driving when he was hit, he sure done a fine job getting over on the shoulder. I pray his family receives comfort from The almighty God!!!!!

 

They located the vehicle and driver at a local truck stop.

If you compare pics to the ones in another article, that doesn't look like the same set of tandems. Was it confirmed Western Express?

Also implies the truck was moving but it's pulled to the side and mentions the driver was killed instantly.

This is job is dangerous and it's only getting worse with everyone driving when using their phones!
