I've seen em on daycabs out in colorado. Back in like 2010 the guy that taught me how to use chains on the side of I-70 west of denver after the chain law went in effect had them on his truck. My company wouldn't show me how initially an said from behind a desk if chains are required then park it. Not practical advice when you're already on the big road an it goes into effect while you're currently in the covered area.
to all end dump haulers...

Been pretty busy for me this week, my standout load so far was drums and rotors from GA, all the way down to Miami, quite the ride. I wasn’t too pumped about it initially, but it went really good. The place I loaded was super quick, and loaded it perfectly, and it surprisingly slid out on the other end effortlessly. Bringing feed south in the morning and preloading shell for Monday morning, all is good.

Yo twinsies! Lol we haul brakes and rotors a lot and I just did it Wednesday as a matter of fact. They usually come out pretty good sometimes you’ll hafta check if they get on a certain way they’re like suction cups. I opened up the man door peeked in and it was clean, and then reloaded rock one time and swept out and I had one stuck on the other side of the hoist doghouse like a sucker fish. And last Wednesday one was stuck on the floor of my trailer all by itself. I been scrapping this week which isn’t my favorite, but it pays good and it’s a quick 2 load day and gets me home by 4 everyday so it’s alright. New trucks are arriving soon is the rumor, I can reserve you one @Trashtrucker1707 !
The joys of re-bowing a scrap load are endless.

Scrap didn't generally pay that great back when I used to haul it. Our money loads were hazmat dust an roofing granules.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

I’ll keep you posted @motocross25
Rode through some pretty crappy weather this morning heading south, but was able to outrun it for a minute and catch this killer sunrise, safe travels all.D.Tibbitt, RockinChair, motocross25 and 2 others Thank this. -
Just bought a used trailer that has air fittings to unlatch and open tailgate from the cab. Curious what's the best hose to use to run to these fittings?

@motocross25 , were you hooked to a short dump rolling east on 70 round 15:30 today east of flint hills? Seen a truck that looked like yours as I was strolling the other way.
D.Tibbitt and motocross25 Thank this. -
No sir that was the sister truck of mine. I’m under a long frameless and did a St. Louis turn today. Aluminum shred out and fertilizer back to dump in northwest MO tomorrow morning.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.
