Now that is one I somehow over looked on my first search. Never heard of them before and can't say I recall ever seeing one of their trucks. Website does say no team training. I'll add them to the list to do some more digging on. Thanks.

Ask all the companies about team training.

That's your choice. Wilson has been training that way for 30 or so years with great success.
But, you should do what you're more comfortable with.

I can't verify that it's not teaming, but check with JRayl. They have a lot of locations in and around Ohio, and they also will train you on a manual. If you don't have a CDL, it seems they put you through a four-week program and then a six-week "finishing" program once you do have your CDL. They also offer tuition reimbursement if you go through a private school, but you'd still have to do with the six-week finishing program. For more info: Apprenticeship Program | JRayl Transport

Many companies that train you will at some point evolve to team driving. Early on they may sit in the passenger seat, but as you get better, and closer to the end of your training, they evolve to team driving. That way you somewhat get a feel of being on your own. Some companies will allow anybody to train with minimal experience. The companies Chinatown suggested churned out a lot of good solos on here. Of all the ones he suggested, I'd probably look at Mast first.

I understand that. It's simply not something I am interested in compromising on. Hence the question on what companies DON'T require you to run as a team. If I find a company that works for me great, if not that's ok too. So far Keller and Schneider sound like good options. I would of never thought of Schneider as a good option before lol but time changes things I guess.

BTW I appreciate all the local suggestions but honestly I would rather train/be based someplace else. It's too #### cold here to be fooling about outside and I have no plans on staying here long term.
