Just wondering, how did you buy the house if you have no papers?

 

Im a driver from Ireland myself mate, drove for Norfolk Line out of Belfast. You probably saw me passing you at some stage in blighty LOL.

This is not gospel but right now most companies aren't hiring through the H1 visa system (this info is from my wife who is VP HR), as jobs are scarce. Your only real chances of working here right now are 1. Marry an American girl and get your green card that way, or 2. Enter and win the green card lottery. Sorry i don't have better news for you but don't give up, where there is a will there is a way.

P.S Hows the M25 holding up

 

Anyone can buy a house here you just need money or get an international loan, hard to come by. Likewise we can buy in most countries, some require residency documents but very few.

 

Ukredneck my husband and I own a house in Kosovo and have been trying to find a company to hire us over that'll pay more than 400 Euro per month. Any suggestions for us?

Sorry you misunderstood. I am American, born in South Carolina, live in Dallas, TX. Just some of us Americans aren't as behind as you and have bothered to go further than up to the nearest NASCAR convention. Why would you come on someone's blog to blast them? Jealousy? Or what I've already mentioned and you've so eloquently demonstrated.

 

Willie Betz used to be the biggest Eastern European trucking company back in the late 90s early 00s, used to see a lot of them in Poland and Cheq, not sure about Kosovo though, maybe check them out.
