The homes he plan on building remind me of those old Company towns of the old coal mines. So long as you worked for the company a house was provided.

Each home probably comes with a tesla charging station and a discount for the base model tesla.

 

When I moved from Austin up to Dallas 8 years ago, my one bedroom apartment down there was $750/month. I just checked, it’s $1250/month now. $20/hr isn’t enough to afford a decent life there anymore.

 

Their idea of affordable will be well into the $200’s. The fact Lennar is involved says everything. They build the worst pieces of garbage in Florida. No way $20/hr will sustain a life there, which is what they want. They want the peasants to struggle, so they can control them. Without money, there’s no choice. With money, there’s power and control.

 

If I remember correctly I heard around 60% of the the populous is currently living paycheck to paycheck. With the stagnant wages and the constant rise of expenses I believe it.

 

Dunno what to think of that guy... at times, what he says makes sense, and at other times, I wonder if he's just a shill or "decoy" for the globalists. I don't own a Tesla or anything else he makes... probably couldn't afford it. I know this: most of those uber-rich wanks didn't get rich by being "nice guys."

 

Remember when it was alleged that Walmart wages were set at a level where Walmart expected its workers to also get welfare from the state to survive. Maybe Elon has the same strategy????
