Does anyone know of a company that will hire with 3 tickets on my CDL one being 22 over. But I was not charged with reckless or careless driving and I only have 4 points on my CDL. I am ready to get back on the road and miss driving but I can't seem to find a company 2 of the tickets fall off July 2010. :biggrin_25513:

You'd problably be better off waiting till july, that way you dont get stuck working for a really bad company.

doubtful even a really bad company would hire him with 3 tickets. even if they do fall off in 3 years, with today being how it is, companies can hand pick who they want to hire, 3,2,or even 1 ticket is one to many... but i wouldnt give up, id keep looking, maybe a small construction company or something like that...
    good luck

    Hello and Welcome:)

I would suggest Coastal Transportation of Ga
As long as the tickets were not in a commercial vehicle.
Points are not the problem, it will be the charges that you incurred.

Thanks, Once again. I could kick myself in the ### for it. But you live and learn and I have now learned not to be a lead foot especially being a trucker!

22 mph over is consider reckless driving by every company. It doesn't matter what the ticket says. You can look at the companies web site and you'll find what they accept. You'll have to face that unless you get extremely lucky you'll be working for companies no one else wants to work for. Good luck.

I was in the same boat my friend and I got called back. I have a Following too close, Speeding(15-19) over, and a Failure to Obey a Highway Sign. I start orientation Monday so keep looking and you will find one.
