I usually smoke cheesecakes when I do the chex mix.
That way I have something to snack for on while I wait. Lol

 

Don't see why that wouldn't work.
There is just so much out there. So alot of trial and error.
And writing down how much you use.
Trying to remember afterwards is not a good way to try and duplicate a winner. Hahaha

 

This is awesome stuff.
I use it on alot of meats.
Great on burgers and smoked meatloaf.
