Eeek, a green sky is a sign of a tornado! My advice for next time you see that is to take cover.

 

I just got into Sacromento an hour ago. Donner pass was snowing, but the roads are still good for now. Reno got hammered with about 2 feet of snow last night into today. Iam with Guyslady, come visit the valley, its nice here. I might not leave untill May, lol

 

I have a similar problem here, we had no idea west Georgia had become part of 'tornado alley' but it is. Worse, we live in a ranch on a slab, so no basement. They usually say go to a room with no windows, or the bathroom because it is surrounded by pipes and that should give you some extra protection. For my folks that means their walk in closet and for me my bathroom. My closet needs a rummage sale so no way I can get another hanger in there, let alone my whole body.

If you are driving I have no idea what to do, but I need to find out as that is always a possibility.
