Mado Logistics

Just discovered a company that cheated me on final pay pulled another chameleon move. Started a new company using the same address, DOT and MC numbers, and phone number as the old company. He apparently sold his original company to some poor sap who had no clue about its history. So 3 companies in all. Guy has 5 trucks as far as I can tell. The guy is screwing me out of $3k in final pay, runs junk equipment, garden variety liar and Chicagoland dirtbag. All of which I can document. Name is Bogdan Roman.

Original company: Old James Freight. Des Plaines, IL. DOT# 3224408. MC# 1009730. This is the company he apparently sold , assuming the guy who contacted me is not feeding me a line of poo. Big assumption at this point. If there is a new owner he's taking up where the old one left off. Multiple DOT violations. A big at fault DOT wreck this last January, with 3 major OOS violations among others. One them being a driving fatigued OOS. It's the second DOT wreck on this company's record. Bogdan Roman was known for blowing off hours of service regularly, so I'm suspicious if he actually sold the company. That latest accident smells like him.
