I'm sorry I got busy. The MRO is a Medical Doctor that is the one who actually makes the final decisions on drug tests and on a positive places your name in the clearinghouse. Part 391 lists all the items a carrier must do during the hiring process. In my comment, I was referring to the REQUIRED clearinghouse check that is found in part 391.

While I agree, that assumes that the carrier actually looks further than the dac report before tossing the application. Yes in a perfect world it's a moot point, but we don't live in a perfect world.

Here's the problem Zvar. The carrier placed an entry that the OP did not finish a pre-employment drug test. Personally, I would never make such an entry and maybe 90% of the carriers out there won't. In this case, this one did. To get this item removed from DAC the OP is going to have to tell Hireright that this entry on its face is in error. The facts are not in dispute, the OP did fail to report for a drug test. My best advice to the OP is to make sure this dispute is clearly placed on the application. Once the OP gets a job and drives for a few years this entry will for all intent and purposes become moot and it's not backed up by the clearinghouse. I know a lot of people that make hiring decisions all across the US. Many of them don't go much past the summary on the first page. That is the page that lists dates worked, the reason for leaving, and rehire status.

In My Time Of Driving, Class 6, 7, 8 Vehicles, I was not aware of the Clearinghouse which is why I stated through the DAC/HireRight site.

    Thanks B-2-U-ZVar!!

Challenge it. It will be removed but might take little time.
Shaffer put lie on my DAC. It came off about 6 weeks after i challenged it.

The more I learn about the trucking industry, the more I want to get out of it.

    I hope to leave trucking

They will have to submit proof to hire right showing you showed up at clinic which you state never happened and if they dont, by law it gets removed by hire right..
