Okay so have you tried and Fuel conditioner/Cleaners to see if theres any sludge somewhere that would work its way thru ?
I am thinking maybe the small screens on the Injectors might be dirty with sludge or something and not letting fuel to flow properly

the truck is a 2017 glider.. with 350,000 miles fuel system is clean dont see any signs of fuel system contamination but any thing is possible also the engine is a brand new rebuild from detrioit three months old.

I am dealing with the same exact problem. I ordered a air dog fuel pump and will be installing it next weekend.

You say B&G turbo. Is it a non waste gated? If so it’s dead under 1300 RPMs. I don’t like mine. Next one will be B&G original style with waste Gate. Spools up quicker.

He's driving it all wrong IMO, and mentions it.

Runs crap @1300, but great 16-1850.

16-1850 is where it should be ran. 1300 is just working the engine much harder, increasing temps, higher fuel consumtion, and no power.

Totally agree on the turbos @Rideandrepair, you running a S400?

I don't know who is running C15's much under 1450.

Too many think lower RPM = increased fuel efficiency, but the closer you are to peak torque, here's what you get

    Higher boost PSI
    Higher EGT
    Higher Coolant/oil temp
    Increased fuel consumption
    Increased engine wear
    Poor performance

60's shouldn't be driven like more modern engines
