Percentage pay?

    Contact a lawyer, dude. If you're running percentage, they are required by law to provide you with a copy of the load confirmation, and if that's really what just went down it's called "Wrongful Termination". If your particular state has different laws than most, you're only out a phone call.
    To continue the dirt-bag side though, I ran for several years at 25% and had many load confirmations faxed to me that had obviously been doctored. There's no end to the scum sucking that goes on in this world.

    Reread Striker's posts . A driver on percentage that doesn't have a contract has no right to demand to see settlements .

    Thanks guys. I contacted an attorney today. He said i have a great case against the company. So i guess we will see what happens. This is not what i really wanted to do , i just want to earn an honest living without beeing screwed.
