Hello all, about a month ago a company driver, fom that company that pulls the orange trailers, backed into me in Colorado. Long story short the insurance company is low balling my repair and related expenses, and they want to give me the value of the rent for 1 wk of a penske truck. Valued at 1769.79. They stick with that even after I have given document show my loss of substantially more than that.
Firstly, has this happened to anyone here. Secondly, an anyone refer me to a decent lawyer. Thanks

And this is why I’m a firm believer in getting your insurance company involved even when it’s not your fault. They have people to get your money from the other party.
