Any potential risks with giving your employer your password to your FMCSA clearing house account?

I am not talking about when they request access to view your records.
I am talking about actually giving them your login details.

Why on earth would you do that? There is absolutely no legitimate reason to give out your login details to your employer.

There is no need to give it to your employer. Don’t do it and tell them to fluff off and die.

Ask for the password to their bank account in exchange.

They have access to your relevant info, through their own account access. Screw them.

Remember login.gov is an access token, so giving them the user/pass is the same user/pass as mostly all government sites, including the IRS and Social Security.

    Also from login.gov website:

    Ya, I corrected your question.

And, uh, yes there is a huge potential risk involved.
You had to actually ask the question? In this day and age?

    How naive.
