What you don’t know, YOU DON’T KNOW. Lol. She was only supposed to give you a one year card. That’s her job to know, not yours. I’m in the same situation. They don’t have to issue a one year, it can be less. No reason it should be though. Count your blessings. Be sure to have the stress test done every 2 yrs. Scheduling in early enough, before next physical. Is this Dr. within 1000 miles of Detroit? Sounds like the kind of Dr. I need. Every physical is a PITA now. Talk about stress test. Lol. Go forward, don’t look back. You’re Legal.

 

I am not an attorney, but I would imagine liability if something would happen, would be on both you and the doctor. You, because you are stating that you think she messed up, and she because she isn't doing what she should have. If she isn't listed on the nation registry of physicians certified to conduct DOT physicals, I would think that your card would eventually get kicked back. But I am not sure, Be a question for a lawyer really, which I am not.
