You need to sate your city/state, which endorsements you have, what are your goals, how often you need to get home, and several other important things you are looking for. A company is a good company if what they provide is what you need. They are a bad company if they provide what I like, but what you hate. If I let you borrow a pair of my $3,000 shoes custom made for my feet and they are too small and provide no traction while walking in the mud, it doesn't matter how expensive my shoes are. They are bad shoes for you. Avoid CR England. And Avoid any and every dollar type store dedicated account for every trucking company. Avoid leasing a truck under all circumstances until you have years of experience, even if the the company tells you that you can make more money. You should focus only on a W-2 driving job, no 1099 jobs. Choose carefully among trucking companies or you will be out of the industry in well under 12 months and still paying for your CDL school. 80-90% of newbies quit before 1 year of experience, mostly because they rush into a company they know nothing about or they believe what the paid liars, I mean recruiters, say about the company. Never work for a company until you have talked to current working drivers at that company doing the work you are applying for.

I would recommend getting in to tankers ASAP. The quality of life can be much much better than other fields. Dry van companies are the easiest as that is the majority of trucking and it requires the least attention from the driver. Only you can protect your license. Nobody at your future company will protect your license. Back into a parking spot every day until you are good at it. Most newbies avoid backing unless it is an emergency and that just means they are terrible/dangerous until they quit.

Refrigerated trucking is good for Florida drivers. Florida is a produce state and orange juice state.
