My KW T800 radiator has rotted quite a bit, leaking and I would like to replace. I've found the most reasonable place with decent prices and decent shipping prices... Detroit Radiator Corp... They have all these different options and yet nothing to describe the application and purpose... and the lady im emailing back and fourth there is very vague... All these different styles of tubes and fins... Detroit Radiator Corporation Heavy Duty Truck Radiators, Radiator Cores, Charge Air Coolers
Yet nothing explains the difference and application..
4 row standard
4 row low flow with dimpled tubes
4 row FF - im guessing fast flow?

fin placement and what not...
Im all over, mountains, deserts, 100% highway... .... standard would probably suit me just fine... but if one style is better for not much more i'd upgrade... but is slow flow and dimpled an upgrade or is that for off road slow moving truck? or vice versa?? Fast flow? Absolutely zero info on this...
Anyone have any advice?

Interesting question... my KLR 650 (see avatar) is "water-cooled" and has a small radiator, but I've noticed that while riding in continuously low gears in the dirt, negotiating a lengthy & tricky trail section or tackling a long dirt upgrade, the system gets hot to the point where the bike will eventually shut down... some sort of design feature to prevent drastic overheating and damage to the system.
I'd ask the truck maker AND the radiator manufacturer, see what kind of responses they give, and whether the responses match. Send an email with the info you already put in your post, that's what I'd do if I were in your shoes. -

Finally spoke with her on phone, I guess the 3 row is stock/standard so the 4 row normal one is what I ordered... 860.00 she told me that for my application on road a 4 core with the "4 Row Low Flow High Efficiency Core" would be better and handles more HP, up to 1000hp... kinda overkill and that core only was 1260.00 Dont really need that seeing the stock one with rotted out fins only warmed up a bit going up mountains.. She still never answered my question of the differences, fast flow, slow flow, larger tubes, fins, profiles... gave up and just ordered the upgraded standard 4 core. Headache trying to order all that is over.
