    They don't pay there drivers. They have no recollection of anything when it comes to paying for detention and the trucks are crap don't expect to have an APU you're going to freeze all night long. #### this 1099 Craigslist commy ran company.

    My COE Diamond Reo doesn't have an APU, I've learned to live without one. I DO have duel fans on the dashboard so I have some of the finer amenities available in trucking.

    This did not raise a red flag? As much as this has been discussed and bounced around here on this website and you went to work for a 1099 company, I really hate to say this, but I do not feel sorry for you.

    While I tend to agree with other poster, about not feeling sorry for the 1099 stint as a company man, you're not hopeless. If you were truly an employee misclassified as a contractor there's some harsh eye opening IRS agents with no lube who would love to poke at every financial orfice of this degenerate run company you speak of.
