I have mate who made a device that allows EVs to use universal charging, or billing. For a nerd in jeans in a small industrial shed, he is now a billion air and doing very well. Thanks to Elon's meism, this little Australian employs around 100 people and makes the stuff locally.

You know some of us that grew up in one of those company house are still around.
They weren't all that bad and many were actually sold to the tenant at really good prices. I actually own a few properties that were once company properties with homes on them.

 

Elon at it again. Probably won't have any problems selling all the homes in his private community. Just hope if a employee is terminated they get 30 days to move out rather than 24 hours if company owned.

 

Eviction is subject to state laws. As once stated in court over eviction when the judge asked why hadn’t the tenant moved in the specified 3 days. “Your Honor as You know the landlord can write anything in his lease he wants but if it’s not within the guidelines of the law it’s not binding”.
