Waiting on New Trucks thread.

The new girls have showed up!

Now to get bumpers, tags, fenders, lightbars and all the driver goodies.

 

A while ago someone posted a video of his. Never heard of him before. A few minutes into the video he said I bought this truck to help out the channel or something like that Lol. Then started complaining about the fuel mileage

 

Don't all you guys rush out and beat me to this steal.

 

They couldn’t even put on of the exhaust tips on correctly..

 

Will the seller take my post dated two party out of state check? If so i'll FedEx it in the morning.

 

Could you imagine getting financing for that? I don’t think there is a bank out their that would finance without at least a 50% down payment. Than you can pay 12% for the remaining principal.

 

47X dump truck showed up over the weekend. Got a look at it yesterday and hoping they will get the PDI done today. So, order placed in first week of May, delivered to Godwin for the bed in December and to Memphis in March.

 

Bet my bank would gladly finance it for me 0 down but you’re right on the rate. Probably closer to 13 or 14%. Smooth 5600-5800 a month lol

 

Another cheap one.

 

Had a salesman I previously bought a truck from call today to see if I needed a truck as someone backed out on him. It was a fully loaded 389. It was kinda refreshing that a salesperson was calling me instead of me chasing one down.

From what I gathered Peterbilt wasn't even taking orders for the 2nd half of the year but build slots are now open and pricing has been set. It's going to be very interesting how this goes because:

a) inventory is readily available
b) credit market has dried and who wants to, or can afford, to pay 15% interest
c) Used truck pricing needs to stabilize. Used truck pricing is indicating new trucks are overpriced.
