My husband has been a CDL driver for nearly 16 years, most recently for Arrow Trucking before they went out of business. We have 4 kids and he really needs a job, but he just found out that he has 3 tickets showing on his MVR. They are all speeding and one of them will fall off in June. He went years and years with a clean record and then these 3 happened. He pulled his MVR in December and only one of them was on there, but today he went to an orientation (with the same company that had pulled his MVR in December) and now all 3 of them are showing. They wouldn't hire him because they only accept 2 moving violations.
Does anyone know of a company that will hire a driver with 3 tickets??

A buddy of mine went through the same thing, ended up having to drive a truck (a crappy one) for a very small local company doing very close regional drop and hooks for an hourly wage. Also some companies might hire him such as a local rail yard moving around containers in the yard, or maybe be a spotter for a local trucking company were you dont even drive off of their property and just move trailers around, same as the rail yard except for a trucking company. Might be the only route until he can clear his report, hope one of them is able to help your hubby!!
