Does anyone know if there is anyway to see a history of all the loads you have done on Landstar online?

 

There isnt a list (that Im aware of), but you can go into the money tab (on the left), hit settlement history (at the bottom), settlements, and run a ytd report for whatever year, and then look at any given month under "tractor line haul" - click on it and it will give you the FB#s and how much your cut of the line haul was.

 

I know of the settlement summary but the information I am looking for are the actual lane history and Agencies I worked with. Landstar Connect seems to delete them after a month or two, I was hoping if I could see everything I had done over the last 4 years just to get a reference because it seems some of the agencies have shut down or no longer with landstar. Guess I am gonna have to go through my emails to dig them out.

 

go to landstaronline, select analytics tile, select "filters" lower left corner (pc laptop)

 

Well, personally, I have the e mail confirmation from every load Ive taken, and Ive been there 5 years. I dont delete them. Ive only needed to go back and reference them twice so far, but its handy.

But then, I have been running almost exclusively dedicated runs for the past 4 years also with a side trip here and there.
