the drivers side air tank is the wet and secondary tank. their is a check valve in between the 2 tanks. that valve is stopped up. you can replace the valve by removing the fitting at the end of the tank. use a really long extension to remove and replace it. or you can replace the air tank.
No air to secondary tank... pressure stays at 50 at idle RPM's... please help!

Yep I mean Governor..... slipped again.

Sounds like a leak in the secondary?
Raising the RPM increases the compressor output sufficiently to overcome the leak?
What happens to secondary pressure after you run it up when you drop to idle?
If secondary falls when you idle the motor it's likely a leak...MercerDriver Thanks this. -
You are correct !!! After all said and done, took the truck to a local shop that always works on my machine and they found the leak. It was a busted line (braided) that goes from the TURBO WASTEGATE to one of the V-PODS. $30 for the line, $30 to put it on.... easy fix. Thanks for all the help guys !!

Hey Mercer driver, i have a similar problem, that braided line does it run from turbo to compressor, please advice

Over 8 years since this graveyard was posted in. I doubt that you'll get an answer.

So what fixed it ?
I have the same issue I’m thinking of getting new tanks -
Thirteen years ago he said it was a leaking air line to the v-pod. If that is your problem also then you should know that when that line fails it's usually because an exhaust leak cooked it.
