Tesla Sued For Fatal Accident In Florida Rest Area

Why people trust unproven technology is beyond me.

 

You’re assuming the technology is at fault. After a 6-month investigation, it’s simply not true.

Morgan and Morgan, of billboard fame, is the attorney firm hired by the family. Tells me all I need to know about them.

 

Using both feet for brakes and accelerator is also unproven technology.

 

Also ironically everytime a tesla crashes or burst into flames autopilot is disengaged.

Some say it is not a glitch but a design feature to place no fault on machine, but on human

 

Well when is the autopilot any good then? Are you saying it disengages itself? If so, I don't see how Tesla hasn't been sued for deceptive trade, or to the contrary malfunction.

EDIT** re-read, autopilot wasn't equipped. My guess is its a pretty expensive option that folks don't want to spend the money for. For God sake, my wife drives a 2020 Equinox and it has that crash detection, not sure if brakes apply themselves or not but definitely beeps like hell.
