    Sad but true. Not one bloody thing will happen to the SUV driver. The truck driver is done though and will likely face extreme charges. UNLESS he still struck the suv and blew out a steer then he may have a snowballs chance in hell. Whats sad is even if the SUV driver is held liable he will still sue the truck driver.

    The article states that the SUV driver pulled out into the intersection. He may have come to a complete stop, but the front of the SUV may have stuck out into the intersection, effectively impeding traffic flow,so there may be some accountability on the SUV driver’s part.
