A neighbor shot down one hoovering around the houses on my road, he called the cops and told them it was flying around the properties and they came out, picked it up, and reported back to the neighbor this was being used to break into places and steal stuff out of the property.

 

All depends on the local govt enforcement

my city has a restriction against parking commercial vehicles in residential areas overnight .

my neighbor was able to build a fence and park his box truck behind the fence , and the city was ok with that.

 

Where I live code enforcement even works weekends and patrols in a New f150 that looks just like a cop car .
One day I parked my work pick up on the grass next to my garage for a few minutes and left to go get beer , I think that sob must have been hiding in the trees cause when I returned 15 minutes later there was warning ticket on the windshield admonishing me for the sin of parking off the pavement.

 

Question is, are there HOA restrictions or Deed restrictions? Who is saying what you can or cannot do on your property?

 

I swear, I'm starting to think "Karen" is an infectious disease!
