Guaranteed spots.
Guess that super trucker getting $750 in fuel is out of luck if no more spots.
Why pay for reserved parking when truck stops will let anybody park there for free!?!

This includes services for me, services for others I drove to the hospital, and most time even gave me a pass when visiting close family that were hospitalized. Visiting friends and more distant family I never asked but did have nurses at the desk offer me passes during some visits. -
Your reasoning is absurd at the least! The buisness model is set up and they choose to reserve spots, with this said they should follow thier own policy and move the a hole that didn’t pay for his reserved spot along with the fuel he now owns. If he is a buisness owner and can’t understand simple ethical buisness practices he will have more drivers going down the road and buying fuel from your competition and that small buisness will not be able to sustain you when word gets out.Phoenix Heavy Haul Thanks this. -
Much of 2021 and most of 2022, doing a lot of back and forth to SLC, got tired of trying to find a spot to park, asked the boss if I could pay for reserved spots at the truckspots, at first she looked at me like I was nuts, but then I showed her the only two TS close to the customer, and the lack of parking when I would arrive at 9 pm. She said ok, then charged it back to her customer. For a couple months there, it was 10 or 12 times per month. The two stops, Flying J and Sapp Bros, Sapp's was better about clearing out the illegal parkers. I knew ahead of time what spot I had, it was taken, when I went in and told them, they sent a guy out with a list, he checked each spot, beat on the door of the guy in my spot, guy left pretty quick. Another truck pulled in, spot a couple down from me, guy beats on the door, no one responded, waited a couple minutes and beat again. Then called a wrecker, told the driver he could park at the fuel island till the wrecker moved the other truck. As the wrecker was hooking, the driver showed up in an Uber, he'd gone to get a piece of tail and didn't think it's be a problem.

Pilot in Charlotte Nc is notorious for this. Took me 2 hrs and a cop to get employees to roust squatters so I could actually use the space I paid for.
