Anyone seen the cab airbag leaning to the right? It doesn’t seem like it’s affecting anything but the OCD in me wanting to get that straightened back out. If anyone has an idea on how to fix it pls let me know.

I fixed mine by replacing the front cab bushings and the torsion springs on the back. Mine is a 2012, so I don't know if is the same for your truck.

Thank you! I will assume that it is similar if not the same for the cab suspension etc. I will take a dive on those later.

That cab is twisted on the frame. You can see it in the shock angles, as well. You’ll need the parts @loudtom used for his. Better replace the cab shocks, since you’re already there. I’d do the suspension shocks, too. It’ll make a world of difference, for not a lot of money. On my previous Volvo, a complete set of shocks was almost like driving a new truck, again.

Definitely looks like your cab has shifted. Either worn out, bent or broken parts.

Thank you! I’m going to look into it.
It looks straight by my naked eyes and it doesn’t ride any differently. I will look at all the bushings and torsion bars next week.

    Volvo 23214277 Torsion Spring

The torsion spring is the part with the bushing that goes bad, not the torsion bar. There should be two of them to replace.

RubyEagle, ducnut and Weiboy718 Thank this.

    Got it!

This truck is a Penske fleet and it does comes with a 15 day warranty and I’ve already filed a complaint about most of the issues on the truck. Being hopeful they will pick up the tab on that but in case they don’t I at least have an idea where to start. Thank you to all you kind fellow truckers for the help.

    ducnut Thanks this.

No. The internal square tube should be on point, more counterclockwise from where it is.

    Stringb8n and Weiboy718 Thank this.
