Immigrant drivers

They are following the us. Same thing happened on a massive scale in your country.

I never knew this. So basicly the oncoming car gets run off the road or for something to be done about it a crash [likely fatal] has to happen. Grreeeaaaat. Who writes these laws?

This. This times a bajillion.

 

Is anyone really surprised, it's been like this since the early 2000s. You would think after Humboldt that they would have changed something but adding "melt" programs did jack ####. Lots of these newer/current drivers don't drop their third world mentality.

 

Something can be done. While it's legal to pass on solid it has to be safe to do so. When your top speed is only 2 mph greater than the speed of the guy you're passing it isn't going to be safe.

And speed limits apply even when passing.

To really do something about it though we'd need to have a much greater enforcement presence on the roads.

 

The cops can't ticket what they don't see but they are doing their best to go after the idiots when dash cam footage shows idiotic stuff.

Getting close, avoid camera giving warning, so blindly cuts left to avoid safety incident from camera. He still thinks he's a good driver because safety didn't call him!

 

And neither had the good sense to back out of it. Smh
