"Seemingly out of nowhere, a light-colored sedan pulls out from the cones in the right lane into the left lane"

Author didnt watch the video very closely, the sedan driver is getting on at an on ramp and is one of those morons that thinks its acceptable to merge onto the highway going 10 mph.

The driver should still should get hit with speeding. No good reason to be flying that fast in a construction zone.

The dwo in the Caddy should be taken behind the wood shed.

We don’t know what the speed limit in that construction zone is. The truck may have been under the legal speed limit, the Caddy just pulled out in front of him(possible Amazon driver, smh).

Look i agree 100% about the Darwin in the Caddy.

my thing is speed limits are conditions permitting. That means they don’t have to drop the speed limit, you can still get hit with to fast for conditions. The truck was way to fast for conditions being a single lane construction zone. Imo there is no defense for that. There are guys out there working and this azzhat is rolling 65-70mph threw their work zone. Like us, the construction workers expect to go home to their families at night. Not be dead because idiot was in a hurry.
