They look more reasonablly priced and easy to self-install. About $700.00 for fender and mounting hardware? Reasonable way to keep from getting road crap all over the back of the truck. I don't care for the one with the lights, so maybe that's a way for Kshaw0960 to go.

Not a big fan of the lights either but my frame is too short past the tires to have a mudflap light bracket and it’s such a hassle to move all the lights between the frame rails. Terrible pic but it’s all I got, I’m at the house.

I ran minimizers for 6 years on my last truck and put them on my current truck. Went with the built in light buckets this time though. Their instructions say not to hang mudflaps from the fenders but I've never had issues with it. Even with stainless weights and trim on the top. I do run poly mud flaps though so they don't swing around. I think they were about $500 per fender with the brackets when I ordered them last year from the local dealer.

I like that I can walk on them and rub them with trailers without worrying about scratching or denting them. The singles also stay out of the way of my fifth wheel handles so my short arms can reach in there to unhook.

Yep same with our 2 dinosaurs. Not getting rid of them anytime soon. Doesn't get the fuel mileage that newer trucks get but running only 60-65k a year it's not really that big of a deal. Plus no emissions to worry about and they're cheap to fix.

I like the looks of the 567 too

I accidentally dropped an empty trailer on the minimizers and it didn't even bother them

Yep, I've slid trailers on them many times. My old trailer had a neck that was wider than the tractor frame. Dropped it on them plenty of times and they were fine.
