Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

    My bread lately has been coming from these guys and BNSF, woke up this morning on the side of a UP locomotive, actually have a load of used traction motors from them headed to the refurbish shop now...

    According to stud that unloaded me, they are blaming the Ohio train wreck on a bad wheel bearing. Word is Borus and Sergi have been showing up with chains wrapped around the wheel bearing, you know because with a lack of brain cells they are to incompetent to pull out the cotter pins on the chains so that they can fit through the tie down points... Go figure.

    I was shocked to see the office lady come out this morning and take pictures of my securement. Word is they are gonna print it out in a Russian coloring book for these other drivers... I don't know, thinking it still won't help, doubt they even know what pliers are to pull out the pins... SMH

    Just think in terms of lawsuits, of that magnitude... The arrow is pointed at everyone possible and when the brain dead chicago rate cutting Volvo shows his incompetent rate cutting self, who better? But he can do it cheaper...........

    @Oxbow nice video on the other channel sir, I was surprised the other guy didn't speak though. But dang if I wasn't a straight white conservative, I may be ringing ur line to chat... LMFAO.

    Honestly really got interested in your story, and never knew you even drove a big rig prior, just assumed you always did some type of excavation work. Very nice... Excellent interview. I like

    I haven’t worked since last Thursday. And boy was it nice. Didn’t actually visit the truck till today. Went and fetched some fittings for some new air hoses.

    Just some nuggets from Knight/Swift earnings yesterday:
    • Continued softness in freight demand with non-contract rates trending below contract rates through the first half of 2023 as shippers work through higher inventory levels
    • Capacity continues to exit at an accelerating rate
    • Freight volumes begin to improve during 2nd half of the year with a more typical peak season
    • Spot pricing bottoms out in 2Q and begins recovering in 2nd half of 2023
    It seems like the megas can't agree if there will be a recovery in the 2nd half of the year or not but everyone has been consistent in saying that capacity continues to exit at a good pace. I'd assume you will start seeing some major dents being made in capacity as soon as this month as in Q1 you could make a living but these rates in April have been atrocious.

    Thanks, haven't looked further too see a part 2 was live. Honestly thought you were from North Dakota, definitely learn daily. Fabulous to see a real life guy promoting his struggles and real life happening versus a phoney computer push over... Thanks I really liked it... truly
