Agreed! We will have two washers and dryers for the drivers to use and one washer and dryer (behind a locked door) for personnel to wash dirty towels.

Great question Bean! This lot will be within about a 2 mile radius of over 26 million sqft of distribution. This location, as well as our Memphis, Dallas, and San Antonio locations, will specifically target short term parking but we will have long term options as well for those guys that live close by. Most often the long term tenants would rather shower and do laundry at home since they likely live within a 10 minute drive of the lot. Therefore, these will be tailored for short term drivers looking for a nightly or multi-night stay depending on their HOS of course.

CAXPT and Bean Jr. Thank this.

Ok, I'm getting into the weeds here but these things matter!! Honest question, which shower head and wand configuration would you prefer? Option 1 or Option 2 and why?

    Thanks!!

Im not enamoured of the aesthetic for option 1, and personally, sharp edges have no place in a slippery when wet place... like a shower.

also looks like head almost certainly has no adjustment.

Buy 2 extra whole kits for when they inevitably break

    Option 2.

I personally prefer a directed stream rather than the "rain shower" - particularly when water pressure is lower.

On a practical level you will have to deal with much more lime scaling than you'd think. Option 2 you can bungee a cut down juice bottle full of CLR onto the head every 6 months and not have an issue. Option 1 would probably need to come off the wall to get descaled. Plus Option 1 is likely more expensive and would be harder to replace down the line, whereas Option 2 is a 5 minute job (read half day and 3 trips to the hardware store)

Option 2, mostly cause i just hate the "modern" styling. I appreciate timeless "classic" styling over something trying to be showy.

Option 1 with good pressure. But it will use a TON of water. I had one similar and I'd run out of hot water.

Option 1. Not only does it look cool, but the wand looks like a microphone, so I can really bring out my inner Axle Rose.
