I have lost 2 this year to it. No worries, the one I made them in writing agree the were ending carrier agreement. Then drove 3 blocks from house and gave plant manager my business card.

There answer was to enter a scales and ask for a inspection.

 

Gotta start sooner or later.

 

I ran into it last year. Then hauling some boats to Coeur d'Alene, my absent mind blew right by the closed weigh station where the boat check was.

Chased down about 45 miles later by a Montana State Trooper, I got my first actual inspection.

They were super nice, no issues. I've now had 6. 5 weeks ago in Havre, MT was my last.

Yeah, the double brokering by scam brokers is what I had been told

 

Wouldn't want to provide instructions on how to comply with the myriad of regulations when that would be robbing some bureaucrat an opportunity to cite and fine you. In the name of safety!
