This is excellent advise and more need to take it.
Buy a cheap, cheap bike and learn. You might dump it, you might find out you don't like it. Cheap schooling. They did not have riders safety course when I got mine. But from what I have seen, I would recommend it to any beginner/novice. My alertness is more than in a semi. However like a semi, I'm watching up three lights and the ditches/intersection. I spend more time looking left/right than forward. But your always looking forward. It's a multitasking event. Train your self to watch the car infront of you with no effort. But be looking 4-5 cars in front of you. No one sees you, make sure you see them.
Six, I have a nasty habit of foot drag, really more a straight legs then drag. Road alot off road and MX as a kid. It's not out of fear, but it's a bad habit on a street bike and been almost impossible for me to break. Dump it into a hard turn and I stick my leg out like a dirt bike. Very poor habit on asphalt or concrete. That is why I'm telling on myself. Do as I say, not as I do.

Decided to clean up a bit and pulled stuff out of my box. Only thing in there: 2 gallons wiper fluid, 1 gallon coolant, 50ft air hose, and 8 moving blankets. Yet SOMEHOW blew the bottom of the box out. Brand is HD Ramps.
I’m having a hard time finding a welder too. I called over 10 places. Sorry for bad pics. I took a video and these are screenshots.Attached Files:

Mine started at the front. Think If i had a piece of channel under lid and the back it would help.

Buzzbox with some 6013 be a good starter setup.
6011 is good for dirty , Rusty , oily areas, unlike other rods that will give poor penetration in these areas.
I do a lot of 6011 on initial passes, then use 7018 over top of the 6011. Just my way…singlescrewshaker, cke, Feedman and 5 others Thank this. -
Don't think I posted these. Went by the tow yard and got some more pics of the damage.
Looks like the engine bounced around enough to smack the fuel filter into the frame rail. Didn't see any broken mounts on it though. Looks like the cab bracket pulled away from the frame or the frame twisted away from the bracket.
