securing the plywood/vehicle floors

    hello i am talking about

    i dont know exactly how is named in English so i placed a picture, i am wondering if anyone know any tips for best practices to secure and re-secure them because the repair shops use "self-drilling screws" (pic below)

    and the quality is crap, mostly because the "head is small" and is enlarging the hole in the plywood

    i was thinking about replacing those with something like this (pic below)

    but i wonder if there is any other better option
