Welcome to trucking industry. When you first start out it sucks and then as you learn and gain knowledge and wisdom it becomes the easiest job you have ever had. It’s the how many years in between can you handle ? ...I’m glad I stayed in it but I’ve been doing it for well over 20 years so go figure. Best of luck to you.
How to deal with bad dispatch? My hellish experience vent.

I also do toy with the idea of becoming a owner operator someday. So I think about what if I start my own LLC now, get paid from this 1099 company directly to my LLC. It would save me on taxes, plus age my LLC so when I eventually buy my own truck, it looks like a older company. -

@Harvest --
Schneider veteran here....
My latest gig: hauling fuel (hazmat tanker) -- but NOT with Schneider.
As others have suggested above/earlier....I think it's pretty obvious that you will stay miserable as long as you remain in the 1099 world.
Stop dumpster-diving for work--and move up into the world of W-2 jobs.
Given the way things are going for you as described in this thread--you'd be a lot better off driving even for someone like Swift, or Schneider.
The following are a couple of job leads in Delaware, that are looking (as of the time of this writing) for drivers that fit your basic description:
Sysco -- home daily -- Cheswold, DE
and also...
Swift -- dedicated reefer -- Dover, DE
A bonus: the first one listed above will also help you a lot with your sleep issues (you'll be pretty tired at the end of each shift -- believe me).
