I've been watching the million dollar buy-in on Hustler the past couple days...

 

But they have a dozen or so lease operator affordable buy ins.

 

Word is, it's raining money at Hurricane Express, Schneider got nothing on them!!!

 

Maybe I should go over there. I haven't pulled anything in two weeks lol.

Now, contractors are making money. Houses are selling, not because of better economy though.
Rentals went so high, it's better to buy. And with Covid payouts, some have finally a downpayment for a house.
So, now if you want to be remodeling homes, you can get into that. I talked to an accountant who works for a real estate agency. They are selling so many houses.
Something to think about if you are staying at home and looking outside of your window.

 

Could have been worse. Gotta just put it behind you. At least you got home. It’ll all average out in big picture.
