Truck and trailer price crash

Gotcha well maybe that is real milage .. if so hopefully you can bring home a bargin

 

That was my thought. For that price, if it's a basket case I could just use it for target practice

 

Farmer not an hour from me has a mint Western Star, big bunk, id say 2000-2004, cant remember now, lots of lights and chrome, 60 series 12.7, NEVER had a body lay in the mattress. Never turned the fridge on.
Spends most of its life sitting in the barn. Hauls his own hay, manure, just farm stuff. Does a little topsoil delivery in the summer. It rarely comes out in the winter. I'd bet it doesnt have 500k miles on it. Ran into him in Windsor at Tim Hortons. Keeps it REAL clean, its his baby. I asked if he'd take my number in case he wanted to sell and he laughed. Said he wont sell till he cant drive it anymore, and the list of numbers he has now is longer than his arm.... oh well, cant blame a guy for trying.

 

THOSE ARE THE ONES WHO GOT THEIR INFO FROM YOUTUBE. those you tubers who were bragging how much they were making only, but never say anything about fixed cost and how many hrs they had to drive to make it. To be honest with you, I really hope they get out of this industry ASAP!!

 

Want to learn how to repair or learn a different way of doing something. You tube can be great at that. I would never take financial advice from another person, especially if they are not at the top of their game. I get my financial advice by putting a pencil to paper.

 

I love seeing stories of people that bought a truck and trailer when the rates are good, then bragged how much they are making on YouTube. Now that things are not good I bet most of them end up out of business.
