I have 4 preventable accidents in 5 yrs, no moving violations. The 4 preventable I have, no one was hurt, no cars were towed no reports taken and no tickets was served they were all minor incidents. And I do understand DAT can't distinguish between an 'accident and an incident." My last 3 was with the same company I wasn't fired, this particular company explained to me they were just incidents they would fall off in one year.
I started my authority in the beginning of 2023, I failed and decided to come back as an employee and found out these 3 accidents were on my DAC report.
Is there any hope for me with a company ?

DAC seems like bs

DAC may be BS, but that isn't what is going to mess you up. It's the various companies' insurance that is derailing you. 4 accidents/incidents in 5 years is a lot. The accident is definitely on your record for sure and that will follow you for 3 years. I had 1 accident 2016, it messed me up too. I had to stay the 1099 route for an extra year til that fell off. How long was the actual accident? If it isn't going to be much longer til it falls off, I'd try the 1099 route for the short term.

There's are millions of companies that could care less about dac and don't use it.
Those are usually better to work for then those that use dac.
