Look on Craigslist. Some companies on there aren't too particular about driving records.
Make lots of phone calls; leave lots of phone messages; submit lots of applications.

Some companies have "no more than 3 preventable within last 3 years."
A few will even waive that sometimes.
One driver on here had 12 and found a job on Craigslist. Pretty good job, hauling produce out of California to the East Coast.

DAC information will damage drivers for 7 or 10 years with the time depending on if a company wants to pay for more than 7 years. Since DAC will not remove anything that any company wants to report to them, it can be good to put a rebuttal statement on the DAC report by calling them or emailing and following their procedure. If 2 of 3 alleged preventable accidents were not preventable then that needs to be explained in a rebuttal statement.

I hope you’re ok now with a road job…always ask them many times before leaving for orientation…am I really approved to come to orientation because I don’t want to waste my time coming there and a few days later ooooh, sorry sir we can’t hire you! that’s some bull sit…I’ve been in that boat before…call those folks I want to speak with a supervisor to make sure…it cost real money for bull sit that we would rather not just throw to the wind…
